Preparation & Access
Please ensure the appliance is cold and unlit for at least 24 hours before your appointment. We’ll protect the surrounding area, access the flue via the appliance or hatch, and keep disruption to a minimum. If roof access is required, we’ll advise in advance; scaffolding is quoted separately where necessary.
